Why do you think we measure time? Like why do we keep track what time it is? Why do we track the month? Why do we track which day it is? Why do we track the year?

We need to measure the time to keep a track of our daily activities. For example, having appointment with a doctor, scheduling a meeting with someone, to reach office or school or college in time, etc., for all such activities time measurement is necessary.

We need to measure time, so we can keep track with every thing going on in are lives and just in case we need to go to the doctor at 2:00 and it is 1:35, we have to keep track with the time so we are not late, and inorder to not be late we have to measure the time and keep track with it.
