This song is about women not being slaves to men. Women don't have to live up to society's expectations of them to stay at home, cook and clean for the men. iBooks- Addams had published many books about her experiences with the Hull House (a settlement house for disadvantaged people) and social and political justice. Some examples of her books are Democracy and Social Ethics and Newer Ideals of Peace. She would have this app to look at/read her own literature. 

Flipboard-Addams uses this news app to keep up on current events surrounding social morality. She is a person who likes to be in the know about what's going on in the world and what to do about it. Addams is a person who likes to help out and volunteer her services to better the community. She cares about others and would like to know what is going on with them so she can help.
