         <description><![CDATA[<div>squirrel monkeys are fast unlike the spider monkey. squirrel monkeys tails aren't used for climbing it is used for a balancing pole.squirrel monkeys are the smallest members of the primate group.squirrel monkeys are&nbsp; one of the cleverest monkeys, they have&nbsp; very large brains&nbsp; unlike there body size.Squirrel monkey can survive 15 year in the wild and 20 years in captivity. Squirrel monkeys spread urine on their hands and feet to mark their path when they are moving through the treetops. By following the scent, other members of the group can locate each other.<br>Long tail of squirrel monkeys is not prehensile, but it provides balance when they move through the treetops.<br>Squirrel monkeys have excellent eyesight and they are able to distinguish colors. This feature facilitates quick identification of fruit among dense vegetation.<br>Communication inside the troop is accomplished via 25 to 30 different calls. Squirrel monkeys produced different sounds when they are searching for food, during the mating season and when they are threatened.<br>Long tail of squirrel monkeys is not prehensile, but it provides balance when they move through the treetops.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>female squirrel monkeys sexually mature at approximately two and a half years old,in the wild and in captivity, squirrel monkeys are seasonal breeders; birth usually occurs in the wet season, February to April.the gestation is about one hundred and forty two days.Squirrel monkeys mate from January to March. Males fight with each other to gain opportunity to mate.<br>Pregnancy in females lasts five months and ends with one baby. Babies are born during the rainfall season because food supplies are the most abundant at that time.<br>Female takes care of the baby on her own. Baby will spend first couple of weeks on the mother's backs. At the age of 10 months, they become independent and able to fend for themselves.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are many solutions in our daily lives and in extra helpful ways in which we can protect our endangered animal, the Squirrel Monkey. Since there are not exactly groups or certain laws, beside the obvious ones, dedicated to helping this creature, we need to take these things upon ourselves with the help of others by reaching out with information.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>One solution to the problem of deforestation, along with habitat loss and tourism, would be to keep certain areas set aside that would be alright to allow people to walk through and explore, while the other areas in which the animal actually resides.
