1. Nilasha
2. Adriana
3. Prashantini
4. Aisyah
5. Sharmini

1) Individual test intelligence is done in a very detailed manner where it focuses only on one person meanwhile group intelligence test is done within a group of few people. So, it focuses on other individuals. Firstly, individual intelligence test provides a better understanding or an analysis of one person particularly and group intelligence test provides results for the whole group. On the other hand, individual intelligence test can be time consuming because the whole focus is only going to be for one person which means people should allocate their time for it and group intelligence test might cause stress for some examiners because the examiner must handle a big group.

2) Alferd Binet
The first modern intelligence test in IQ history was developed in 1904, by Alfred Binet (1857-1911) and Theodore Simon (1873-1961). He is a french of psychologist who invented the first practical Iq test , the binet-simon test. This theory was proposed by him to use the test to identify children who needed additional academic assistance, the test soon became a means to identify those deemed "feeble-minded" by the eugenics movement. The test measures five weighted factors and consists of both verbal and nonverbal subtests. The five factors being tested are knowledge, quantitative reasoning, visual-spatial processing, working memory, and fluid reasoning.

Motivation is a process of motivating one individual and guide them to take actions in order to achieve their goals.

2. Extrinsic motivation occurs when we act in a certain way or engage in a certain activity because we desire to get something in return or avoid getting something in return. Meanwhile, When you act in a certain way because you find it rewarding, this is known as intrinsic motivation. Instead of doing something because you want an outside reward, you are doing it because you enjoy it. The act itself is a reward in and of itself.

3. In our opinion, intrinsic motivation will be more permanent in handling people to perform actions because intrinsic motivation comes from inside and once one has the motivation, they will be able to engage with people and conduct alot of things.

1. individual intelligence test is a test that focuses on a single individual to assess their intelligence on a specific aspect of intelligence with many seperations of verbal method, non-verbal method and performance tests. in terms of group intelligences tests, it is performed in groups and very popular in schools as well as used in the military to differenciate abilities in groups. the most popular group intelligence test in America is the SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) Compared to group intelligence, which is more sociable and collaborative, Individual intelligence on the other hand is the capacity of a subject to function as an individual, or in other words, independently and it roots from his or her own abilities. Individual intelligence consists of creative thinking, critical thinking, intrapersonal knowledge.

2. Robert Sternberg proposed the theory and the test of the Triarchic abilities test. As the name implies, it states that there are 3 types of intelligences, that being analytical, creative, and practical. These three have their own meaning and function. Analytical intelligence takes in the ability to analyze, evaluate, judge, compare and contrast abstract information. Creative intelligence is measured by how the individual is able to cope with relative novelty. Practical intelligence is the ability to apply knowledge in a more practical sense. Sternberg created his theory in the 1980's to attempt understanding the individual ability and performance of a person based on the 3 aspects.
