My learning in this program has benefited me for my work of space in the daycare centre by teaching me 5 developmental domains which helps break down how I can guide each child in the daycare centre. By showing me many great children songs here, how to make felt books and sew useful projects for the daycare centre. By showing me IQ principles and cultural stories. Brain storming with my peers who work at a different daycare centre. By getting us to take turns reading paragraphs helped me too. By showing me how to make a schedule and giving me ideas for mathematics and also outdoor play.

I’ve learnt so much from this program since we started, being an ECE educator and learning from this program has been fun and it makes it easier at work knowing I’m doing the right thing, I’ve learnt how to take care of children a lot more, how important it is to follow guidelines at our work place, to know what is right or wrong, I’ve learnt to observe more, teach them more, i learnt about 5 developmental domains

I have learned so much in the few months of our ECE course and I love it as I’m learning more what I have been waiting to do for so many years! It’s a big step for me, I so much enjoyed what i have been learning and then teach what i have learned especially 5 developmental domains that has helped me to teach myself to teach/play with the children

This has benefited me in so many levels, i have learned so much during this course what i love the most that i learnt about 5 development domains and it has helped me a lot. I also learn about iq principals how our knowledge is really important to us. Makes me want to bring more traditional stuff in our daycare and i will work hard for it to have them in our centre and push more to have elders to visit us to teach the children about our traditional knowledge.
