I have also noticed that healthcare providers are transitioning into a more personalized approach to each patient and this technology can help them achieve that. One size does not fit all when it comes to treating different conditions and if healthcare providers had better data on each patient, then they may be able to intervene quicker and more efficiently to improve patient outcomes.

For my team I have chosen Carter (communication), Louis (learner), Angelica (analytical), Isaac (ideation), and Ivy (individualization). I have chosen each of these members because I think they will contribute key components to form a well-rounded team. Carter is strong in communication which will allow for great presentations. Louis has the strength of learner which will help the team continue to learn the latest evidence-based practice on the innovation and continuing improving the experience for both the patient and the healthcare team. Angelica will contribute to the team by the ability to look all factors that may influence the technology and any issues that may arise with its use. Isaacs strength of ideation will allow us a team incorporate new ideas or processes to simplify the innovation. And lastly, I chose Ivy because her strength is individualization. One of the key components of Remote Patient Monitoring is to be able to individualize the patients care. To move away from the one size fits all mind frame and focus on the individual patient. Ivy's strength will assist the team and making sure the patient is the focus.
