Depression can be cured in many different non-medical ways. First, doing exercises in your free time has multiple positive benefits for depression sufferers. Run for 10 minutes every day, take a short walk, or dance with your friends and besties. When using these exercises at least once a day, your brain chemicals that specialize in relieving pain and creating general feeling of well-being will increase. Also, filling your mind with optimistic thoughts can change your whole
mood and may end depression. How can this help end depression? Well, a depressed mind is full of negative thoughts like ‘’ I will fail ‘’ or ‘’ today will be a bad day’’, these thoughts can become real and unconscious habits. When you do the opposite, filling your mind with positive thoughts like ‘’ I will be happy ‘’ or ‘’ today will be a good day “, you will accept your thoughts as real without realizing it. As well as, depression is connected to a healthy sleep schedule and being relaxed. Having a messy sleep schedule with not enough sleeping hours helps increase depression. You have to fix this habit by sticking to a strict sleep schedule, trying to sleep in a quiet and dark room, and avoiding caffeinated drinks like coffee and tea. In brief, depression sufferers can follow these directions and ways in order to end their problem.

source: https://www.google.com/search?q=depression+solution+quotes&tbm=isch&ved=2ahUKEwitq46bx9f3AhUMdxoKHWdkDKUQ2-cCegQIABAA&oq=depression+sol&gs_lcp=CgNpbWcQARgAMgQIABATMgQIABATMgQIABATMgQIABATMgQIABATMgQIABATMgQIABATMgQIABATMgQIABATMggIABAFEB4QEzoECAAQQzoFCAAQgAQ6BAgAEB5QqhVY5hpg1TloAHAAeACAAZsCiAG8CZIBAzItNZgBAKABAaoBC2d3cy13aXotaW1nwAEB&sclient=img&ei=jrp7Yq2sKYzuaefIsagK&bih=657&biw=1366#imgrc=FEjopMJItI6LKM

According to the World Health Organization, approximately 280 million people in the world suffer from depression. Depression is a common problem that adversely affects how you feel and the way you think. Unfortunately, there are many factors that contribute to this serious problem. Bullying is one of the main reasons that put children and teenagers at risk of getting depressed in the long term. Depression caused by bullying can cause a large number of side effects, and in many cases lead to suicide. Also, grief after the death of a loved one, can increase the chance of getting depressed. For example, let’s imagine that there is someone you lived with all your life and suddenly, without any signs, dies. It’s normal that you will grieve because you will not see this person again, you will not talk to him, and even you will not be able to hug him, all these thoughts can cause depression. Moreover, depression affects women more often than men. Nobody is sure why. I think because a woman can go through periods when she is sensitive and her feelings are sensitive, because of the hormones that change at intervals. There is a study proves that about 15% of women suffer from depression. In conclusion, there are many causes of depression that we must highlight and avoid for a better society.

Source: Pinterest
