They went to them and told them to clean their plates and bowls or else the cleaner would have to have a hard time walking all the way there just to clear the plates. But the family refused to listen and just walked away ignoring what they said. The family helped the cleaner to clean up and returned the plates to the tray return point. From a distance, the family who did not return the plates turned around and saw what the lim family did. They felt remorseful of what they did, and they went to the lim family and apologised profusely to them and to the cleaner. Mr Lim and Mrs Lim swiftly appeared infront of the two boys and stopped them from walking away and pointed at the cleaner picking up their mess, the two boys kept arguing back at Mrs Lim and Mr Lim. While that was happening, Sally smiled at the cleaner and started to pick the utenils and plates up with her. The Cleaner never seen anyone do that for her before, she saw the two boys getting scolded by Mr and Mrs Lim.
