• I would like to improve my lesson planning and create better differentiation for students with disabilities (SWD).  

• I would like to increase my own Youwai tool proficiency and then share my learning with my colleagues

• I would like to establish a common repository for standards and IEP goals and make IEPs more actionable and meaningful in core planning when using Yourwai.

• I would like to be stronger in my time management, getting to my first draft for lesson plans quicker.

• I would like to create more engaging student materials that allow for interdisciplinary content, particularly in my CTE class.

• I would like to explore varied differentiation methods and modalities.

Success is defined by the creation of standard aligned, differentiated lesson plans in a 5-25-10 format, a noticeable shift in classroom practice, and an enthusiasm for using Yourwai that is contagious amongst the staff. Our custom tool should be named 5-25-10 at “The Max '' in our school Yourwai organization.
