I think it was very unnecessary for the two men to be arrested.They did not do anything to disrupt the place.They were just waiting for someone so i think the manager thought she was doing her job but at the same time being bias and discriminatory

There was outright prejudices and bias being shown. She only called the cops on the two black men and wouldn't let them use the bathroom, meanwhile allowing other people to stay in there and also use the bathroom. Update: Implicit bias is the bias/stereotypes attached to someone without knowing that person.
I feel like the manager was just discriminating the two men because they were not doing anything. If the men had been loud then I guess it would have been her just doing her job but that is not the case.
