         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp;The three-dimensional structure of a protein molecule formed by the arrangement of multiple secondary structure elements in a three-dimensional space is the overall shape of a single protein molecule. Most of the tertiary structure of a protein has a hydrophobic core to stabilize the structure. At the same time, there are also salt bridges (proteins), hydrogen bonds and disulfide bonds, and even post-translational modifications. "Tertiary structure" can often be expressed by the term "folding". The tertiary structure controls the basic functions of the protein.</div>]]></description>
