Challenging them helps them stepping forward.<br><br>In the begining there were to many questions, so they focused on smaller steps.<br><br>They get input like reading a book or a challenging questions, hints, etc.<br><br>They don't use any learning platform yet.<br><br>The heads talk about their APs and they discuss them, they take notes about it. <br><br>Focus in on leadership with private AP that the staff don't know. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>

(You can do the same content of lessons in different schoolyears)There are 2 different things that occur with for the teachers in the process: learning new scientific theories(like variation theory) and alsp generating internal theories för their own practise and that´s shareable with other teachers in their group.It´s important to have classes to have an atmosfear where wrong answers are useful contributions.How do you keep the teaching from being to technical and narrow and risc missing the big picture. But it´s also important to understand that the contrast can be used to see cathegories, not only correct/wrong answers. It´s like an investigation everytime!If you want to start without help, start with lesson studies</title>
