They get homework. Challenging them helps them stepping forward.

In the begining there were to many questions, so they focused on smaller steps.

They get input like reading a book or a challenging questions, hints, etc.

They don't use any learning platform yet.

The heads talk about their APs and they discuss them, they take notes about it.

Focus in on leadership with private AP that the staff don't know.

Tape the conversations and send it to Anne Berit to analyse. They try to pick parts from the conversation and sharing what they learned.
Main question: How are you communicating? i.e. What questions are asked in the conversations? What answers do you give?
The action is to talk together.

This is connected to your attitude and values. And the ability to discuss and change your thoughts and solutions.
