Hello everyone,
My favourite recipe is charlotte. I cooked it several times for my mum, when we gathered together at the weekend.The required products are very simple: flour, sugar,5 eggs and a couple of big apples. First of all we beat up 5 eggs. I can share an advice on how to make it tastier): try beating up the eggs that spent some time out of the fridge. The result will be much better...
After that add one cup of sugar and in some time add also one and a half cup of flour. Another secret is that you shoud use preferably sieved flour. When you mix all the ingredient, it's high time to peel the apples. Then put them into this mixture nicely. Finally, put your future applepie in the oven for 20 minutes. When the time runs out , turn it off but leave the pie inside until it gets cooler. And i assure you it will taste delicious!!! You will love it

Hi:) My favourite recipe is a recipe of a sandwich, kind of invented by my dad ("kind of" because that's what he said). It may seem like nothing special but to me it's mouth-watering. First, you take a slice of brown bread and carve an oval hole in it, so that you could fit in a sausage. You fry the bread and the cut-out part for a few minutes and cut a sausage into halves then frying them along with bread just a little. Then you put one half (or both, depending on the shape of your bread slice) into the hole. After that crack an egg (be careful not to break the yolk) and pour it precisely on the bread. Add some herbs or just any mixture of salt and spices and let it cook for a minute or two. Grate some cheese (or just slice it) and sprinkle over the sandwich and the cut-out part. I like it served with avocado, tomato slices and fresh leaves of green salad. Since my sandwich is kind of self-inveted I couldn't find the exact picture but it should look somewhat like this

I am personally not fond of sweets, but a real fan of cooking, especially bakery. The best thing for me is an easy and not time-consuming, but extremely appetising recipe. I've got plenty of them, so here's my signature recipe of a chocolate deceiver. It's called that because it looks and tastes like brownies, though very simple to prepare.
For this dessert you'll need:
- 100g of dark chocolate
- 100g of milk chocolate (to your taste, you can take either only dark or only milk choc)
- 150g of warm soft butter
- 3/4 cups of sugar (I usually take less)
- 4 eggs
- 50g of flour
- a pinch of salt
Ane here are the steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Melt the chocolate in the microwave oven.
2. Mix the butter and the sugar until smooth. Add the melted chocolate and mix again. Add the egg yolks and the flour.
3. Sprinkle the egg whites with the salt and whisk.
4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the whites and stir gently.
5. Pour the dough into a baking tray and put it into the oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
That's it! Cool it in the fridge and serve with clotted cream. Bon appetit!

Good evening,  my friends)

It’s really not easy to choose one definite fish out of many, but still one of my favourite recipes is cauliflower with cheese. I think it’s not very time-consuming and doesn’t require great cooking skills)

To cook you need:

·         cauliflower

·         2 glasses of milk

·         4 tblp flour

·         a little butter (about 50 gr)

· 100 gr grated cheese (I ABSOLUTELY ADORE CHEESE. SO YOU CAN GUESS THAT I ADD MORE)

·         salt, pepper, relishes, herbs…

Firstly, you should bring a saucepan of water to boil and then add cauliflower. Cook it for about 5 minutes. The next step is to drain the cauliflower. After that , heat the oven to 200◦. Put the saucepan back on the heat and stir milk, flour, butter and most of cheese. Next, whisk it and keep whisking fast until the flour disappears and the sauce begins to thicken. Season to taste. When it becomes thick, turn off the heat. Finally, pour the sauce over the cauliflower and sprinkle the resting cheese. Put the dish into the oven and bake it. It will be ready in 20 minutes. And that’s it. I serve the dish hot. So you will probably agree that it is rather easy to cook. My mouth is watering. It looks so appertising, isn’t it?)

Classic Spaghetti Carbonara

Hi everyone

My fav recipe is a recipe of Classic Spaghetti Carbonara. And even though I’m hopeless at cooking this is a dish that I can cook quite well, at least once or twice a year.

So, in order to cook it you need the following ingredients:

Well, in the original recipe you need guanciale, which is a cheek of pork and sheep's cheese called pecorino romano, but I use bacon or ham with usual cheese instead.

1 egg

Pasta

1 tsp Black pepper

1 clove of garlic (optional)

And here are the steps to make our Carbonara:

First, grab the pasta by two hands and twist it into the water, it won’t stick together that way. Put a tiny amount of salt in this water. This beautiful pasta takes 8 minutes to cook.

The next step is to roughly chop the guanciale or in my case ham to about half centimeter chunks. Put them into the pan and crack the garlic and put it there as well.

Then there’s the black pepper. Crack the pepper. After that take a bowl, crack the egg straight into there, add a little grate cheese, about 20 grams. Whisk it all up.

Next you drag the pasta and the water into the pan. You use the water to stop the frying. That water along with our mixed thing is going to become a creamy sauce. Add the egg and toss the whole thing a couple of times. That’s how you get the real cream.

And to crown it all you can sprinkle it with a bit more pepper and some cheese as well.

It usually takes me some time to clean up the kitchen because of the tossing thing but this is my problem and not yours so enjoy your meal!

So, hi everyone! I'm going to share with you a very simple but extremely delicious recipe... A CHEESE OMELET.

                       ~~~
The ingredients are pretty basic:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk or 2 tbsp of sour-cream
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 sweet pepper
- cheese( the more the better)
- salt and pepper to your taste
- 1 tbsp of oil
~~~
Let's start!
First, wash the vegetables and chop them finely. Don't forget to shell the onion))
Put a frying pan on the hob on the medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Then put your beautiful vegetables into the pan and mix them.
While our veggies are frying, it's time to deal with our main guests - the EGGS.
So, crack them in a bowl, add milk or sour-cream and whisk with all the force you've got. Grate a decent amount of cheese into the mixture and mix as well.
Check you vegetables, if they look awesomely delicious it's time to pour the mixture into the pan. You can slightly mix it. Add salt, pepper and take your time to relax after all this hard work. Meanwhile our delicious omelet is getting ready.
When the top of the omelet gets firm, put away the pan from the cooker and let the omelet rest a little bit.
And now, the moment we anticipated for so long... the SERVING. You should definitely grate MUCH MORE CHEESE and sprinkle it on the top of the dish.
I guarantee you that this is one of the best dish you have ever tried. It's tastes and looks like pizza but still there is the atmosphere of the morning breakfast and the birds are singing...
Well, enjoy!

I don' t think that people eat like this every single day... But in my opinion whether you're eating at a fancy restaurant, in the cafeteria, or at home with friends and families, good table manners make for a more pleasant meal. Cause, i'm sure you don't want to worry about confusing your salad fork with your desert fork while dining with friends. So, to my mind, some basic table manners should never be forgotten.
