         <description><![CDATA[<div>-To turn blue tooth on first turn the phone on and then from the bottom of the screen swipe up so that another panel comes up. Then press the Bluetooth logo (It will look like a B) and then it will turn blue. Alternatively you can go into the settings -&gt; Bluetooth -&gt; then press the white box on the right next to the words Bluetooth so that it turns green. <br>--When you turn on Bluetooth Via the settings you will see that underneath where it says "Now discoverable as "YOUR MOBILE DEVICE NAME". Now over devices will be able to see your device when  Bluetooth is on.</div><div>- When two bluetooth device are close to each other and have there bluetooth turned on if you go to the bluetooth in setting you will be able to connect to the other device. </div>]]></description>
