The Social Justice theme explored in WP#3 had a profound impact on my semester's work, especially as it relates to the Emotional Hazards of Oncology Pediatric Nursing. This theme significantly broadened my understanding of social justice and its relevance in various societal contexts. Understanding how social justice strives to ensure fair resource distribution, equal opportunities, and rights for all individuals, while also addressing systemic inequalities and advocating for marginalized groups, deeply resonated with me.

This exploration highlighted the interconnectedness of social justice with key areas such as economics, politics, education, healthcare, and human rights. It underscored the importance of addressing societal injustices and promoting inclusivity across diverse spheres of life.

This theme of social justice deeply resonates with all aspects of my writing, particularly in the context of my journey towards becoming a Pediatric Nurse. The process of identity formation and the unraveling of my professional identity as a nurse is a complex and multifaceted experience. It involves not only considering my own growth and development but also the well-being and needs of others, including patients, families, and communities.

The role of a Pediatric Nurse is inherently tied to promoting social justice by advocating for the rights and equitable treatment of all patients, regardless of their background or circumstances. This entails addressing systemic inequalities in healthcare access and delivery, as well as advocating for the mental health and well-being of both patients and healthcare professionals.

It enhance my ability to offer constructive criticism and sincere feedback, as well as establish stronger connections with my pre-nursing students or peers, As I aim to refine my communication skills. Meaningful feed back was from the Professor for WP#3 outline as she said "this is a good start. I recommend some development regarding the thesis as well as in the problems and solutions sections. I also mentioned, in my margin comments, opportunities to include some opposing or different arguments, especially about chaplains and pastors being able to serve people of all faiths as well as atheists. What about more secular solutions like therapists on staff? Please consider these recommendations as you write the essay." This helped me alot as she helped me guide me throughout the biggest process as not knowing how to form a full emotional essay!

Before ENG 102 I had ENG 101 With Emily Hoover As she drove into many aspects in writing considering the fact I became more proficient in MLA formatting with citing more better and having a better transition in words and sentences! And this class Added more into my academic career like APA formatting!

How I support my main ideas with evidence is by citing and quoting numerous academic scholars using APA citations. I rely heavily on APA citation to strengthen my arguments and ideas, which helps me address my weaknesses and bolster the credibility of my claims.

The most significant takeaway from this course has been the concept of social justice, which resonates deeply with me. One rhetorical situation I encountered was during a class discussion about the requirement for children to be vaccinated. The target audience in this scenario was a fellow student who held the belief that children should not be vaccinated because they could become sicker as a result. My position, on the other hand, was to advocate for vaccination as a means of safeguarding a child's health. Despite presenting evidence and arguments supporting vaccination, the other student maintained their stance, posing a challenge in persuading them to reconsider their viewpoint.
