Iceland: Hope that we can reach more sectors and new target groups. With the new name change, NLL will have new opportunities. Fewer networks is interesting, but we will have to see the final results after a while. Guidance/validation in the working life; not difficult utilizing these tools, but to use it in different sectors. We need to move away from "silo thinking". When including the Ministry of education in Iceland, their contribition on the NLL work can be widened.

Some initiatives are a bit abstract - it could be an idea to be more concrete going forward (e.g. point 2.6, new initiatives, competence development + digital inclusion) - what do we mean when we say digital inclusion?
what are the hinderances to digital inclusion?
it is good to have focus through initiatives, they are relevant (especially including the labour market and working life actors)
it could be clearer (regarding e.g. digital inclusion) who is it you (NLL) want to reach and what is it you (NLL) would like to give them?
also important to find a balance between being abtract and concrete (it also has to be relevant for all countries, there is a need for some abtractness to be able to include all countries)
important to be aware of connections between the target groups of the different initiatives and networks
regarding point 2.6.2: easy to come up with new ideas but more difficult to make an impact/change, at both working life level and policy level (when taking about microcredentials e.g.). We can learn from each other regarding impact and change in different areas and sectors. --> we can share examples from different countries
regarding initiative on NEETs: here it is also important to share ideas and learn from each other --> in Finland there has been success with centres (called Navigator), these could maybe be relevant to look into.
regarding initiative on NEETs: in Denmark a lot of work with NGO's and civil society has been established (similar in Finland)
On Guidance: Finland has a strategy on this and activities, a national working group as well as regional ones

Norway: Worklife based learning, and using validation in order to reach the hard to reach learners and to secure quality education. These are highly relevant topics in the work plan. Micro-credentials are also central. Continue the work on up- and reskilling, focusing on supporting people in the working life without secondary education - or who are outside workinglife. Education for all is important.

New unit in Finland: new pilot on learning while working (Service centre for continuous learning, cooperation between two ministries - they have other pilots) --> possible cooperation with NLL
Microcredentials: Finland has already done work on this point, other countries can learn from this.
The synergies can happen when we learn from each other and share national strategies and examples with each other in different areas of NLL interest.

Financial challenges in Åland, meaning lifelong learning might be de-prioritized. Nordic cooperation and collaboration is crucial when times get tough. Digital inclusion and other types of skills will be central in Åland, and also for newcomers. In the health sector - upper and secondary education; this is going good - but for other sectors there is a work drain. How can we for instance make caregivers an attractive and sustainable occupation, as well as other professions? They have a high turnover rate.
