In addition, he holds a similar Board of Directors position with Rising Young Leaders, where he oversees the organization’s academic initiatives. In the role, Mr. Dillie looks to empower young people to achieve their dreams. Eric Dillie has also been the Key Educational Group’s Superintendent of Schools since 2018. In the position, he manages a budget of over $6 million while working with school leaders and elected officials across the San Francisco Bay Area, nationally, as well as internationally.
