I think that it is a really cool way to integrate technology and movement in a classroom. This is a really easy thing to do and set up and the movement that it integrates is very controlled. Playing videos of exercises, dances, or games is always helpful for students when learning and moving. The students get to dance or stretch around while watching a video.
