The shutter speed is 1/60th of a sec. The aperture is f/5.6 and the ISO is 100. In this photo the majority of his body is in focus, but it's not as clear as the photo can be. His face and right hand are somewhat blurry and almost look like the are smudged a little.

It looks super cool like he is almost floating in the air. This photo is a little darker than the rest but is not to dark that you can't see what the photo is.

When changing the shutter speed there are a couple steps. The first one is maing sure the mode dial is set on the letter S this gives you the ability to change the shutter speed. Note that this is after you have changed your ISO. The next step is to press the info button to see what speed you are at and then to change it you rotate the command dial.
When you change the shutter speed two things can happen the photos are clear or they become blurry. Depending on what are taking the photo of. When you change the shutter speed faster the photos become darker due to the amount of light let into the lens. If the shutter speed is slower the photos will come out brighter because there is more time for light to go through the lens.
You would want Shutter speed as priority because it will be easier to adjust the camera to make it the perfect look that you are going for. So if you were at a sporting event like the horse races you would want a faster shutter speed so the photos can come out clear.
