* Tener claros los roles de cada quien y las actividades que realizarán.
* Definir cómo se tomarán las decisiones y quiénes están habilitados para tomarlas.
* Tener un espacio de tiempo en donde se planteen todos los temas.
* Todos los familiares que participan en el negocio deben estar involucrados en la toma de decisiones.
* Compartan el poder de acuerdo con la estructura de la empresa 
* Darle importancia a las tradiciones en la empresa familiar. 
* Fomentar la cooperación y el apoyo.
