Resources: printed Bingos, printed numbers, box, markers, whiteboard



Lead in: teacher tells students to stand up sit down as beginner tpr activity.

Convey meaning: teacher asks do you know how to count? Listens to students answers. Teacher says let's learn numbers. Teacher asks students to repeat the teacher's body language. Teacher makes his/her body as s/he looks like 1, 2...... till 10.

Repetition : Teacher counts the numbers on the board and asks students to repeat after him/her.

Verification: teacher brings a box, asks students to kick a paper from the box. Each student gets a paper with a number on it. Teacher explains that the teacher will shout a number and the students who got that number will stand up. It goes like this till 10, after that the teacher repeats the activity with mixed order for a couple of minutes more.

Use: The teacher gave each student a bingo card. Explains the game. The teacher shout numbers and the students mark the number that the teacher shouted. The students who got all their numbers on the card marked, win the game.

Follow up: The students count numbers in order for on e last time.
