         <description><![CDATA[<h1>Coconut Flavored Chicken Skewers</h1><div><br><strong>Ingredients:<br></strong><br></div><ul><li>2 lbs chicken breasts</li><li>3 cups shredded sweetened coconut</li><li>1 cups shredded unsweetened coconut</li><li>2 cups panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)</li><li>1/3 cup toasted sesame seeds</li><li>1 teaspoon salt</li><li>½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper</li><li>2 cups flour</li><li>6 eggs, lightly beaten</li><li>Canola or coconut oil for frying</li><li>Mango chile dipping sauce</li></ul><div><strong>Preparation:<br></strong><br></div><div>Cut the chicken breasts into long thin strips and thread onto bamboo skewers. In a shallow bowl mix both types of shredded coconut, panko, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Dip the skewers in flour, then dip into egg to coat well. Cover with the the breading mixture and set aside on a tray until you have all the skewers coated. You may refrigerate the skewers until you are ready to fry them.<br><br></div><div><br><br></div><div>To cook the chicken, use a deep skillet or deep fryer. Heat 3-4 inches of oil to 375°F. Fry the skewers, a few at a time, until golden brown and crisp, approximately 3-4 minutes. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel. Serve with warm mango chile sauce.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Add onions and      continue to cook, stirring occasionally until onions are softened.<br><br>The onions  in my pot didn't take long to soften so don't worry about running out of time making the sauce.<br><br>3. Add garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce and water.<br><br>When you add the water it may look  a little soupy but just the sauce cook it will turn out right at the end.<br><br>4. Add basil, parsley, brown sugar, salt, crushed red pepper, and black pepper.<br><br>I personally think that the basil is  a little too forest like but the look was amazing at the end.<br><br>5. Stir well and not to much bring it to a boil.<br><br>6. Add in your red wine<br><br>I loved the flavor of the red wine even though my mom poured it in she doesn't have to know that I poured a little more! <figure class="attachment attachment-preview"><img src="https://encrypted-tbn2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTwjfsFMUxrQvA4_xHDwLlQnrBJxr_biELeM3uGdJ30kuJzRyrY" width="259" height="194"><figcaption class="caption"></figcaption></figure><br>   7. Simmer on low, stirring frequently for at least an hour. A longer simmer makes for a better sauce, just be careful not to let it burn!<br> <br>If you let your sauce burn you will have to start over. <br><br><br>  8. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.<br><br>In other words take your spaghetti noodles and place them into a a boiling pot of water and stir occasionally until softened.<br><br>    9. Spoon sauce over drained spaghetti noodles and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.<br><br>You can make anything with this spaghetti  but my family did garlic bread. Sunday's dinner was wonderful!! Poor, Lion, or Elephants?<br>Well when I think about Africa a bunch of things like Exotic food, Hot days, and culture. Today i will take you through one of the most famous desserts in Africa that my great grandma makes regular after church on Sunday.<br><br><strong>Milk Tart<br><br></strong>First you&nbsp; will need <strong>9&nbsp; ingredients<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; </strong>10 tin condensed milk</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 7500 ml milk</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 450 ml corn flour</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 600 ml cocoa powder</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 50 ml vanilla essence</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 20 eggs</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;450 ml butter</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;10 packet of coconut/tennis biscuits cinnamon for dusting<br>The amount of Condensed Milk tins you will need depend on how many you are saving.<br><strong>Time to Cook!!!</strong></div><div>Reserve 125ml of the milk and add the rest of the milk together with the condensed milk to a medium saucepan and gently heat until hot and steaming - not boiling.<br><br>I repeat<strong> DO NOT BOIL<br><br></strong>While the milk is heating, combine the reserved milk, corn flour, cocoa, essence and eggs. Add this mixture to the hot milk very slowly, whisking over moderate heat until thickened. This should take no more than 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter.<br><br>Watch&nbsp; your Timer<br><br>Place a layer of biscuits into a greased tart dish.
