During a calf raise, ensure that the heels are not overly rotated outward or inward to maintain proper alignment and avoid ankle strain. When performing a squat, be mindful that the ankles should not roll inward, as this could lead to an imbalance and increased pressure on the joint.

In a lunge, make sure the ankle of the front leg is directly aligned with the knee to prevent unnecessary stress on the ankle joint. When landing from a jump, focus on absorbing the impact evenly through the feet to avoid excessive pressure on the ankles, which could lead to injury.

When performing a squat, it's important to ensure the knees don't extend past the toes to prevent excessive strain on the knee joint. During lunges, make sure the front knee stays aligned with the ankle to avoid excessive inward or outward movement that could cause injury. In a leg press, ensure the knees don't lock out at the top of the movement to maintain constant tension and protect the knee joint. If the knees cave inward during a jump, it's crucial to work on strengthening the hip abductors and improving stability to prevent knee injuries.

During this whole semester iv'e learned a lot about my body and how to stay safe, As a football player it is important for me to keep my body in perfect condition as best as I can. With the knowledge I now know that will be an easier task to do because I know how to recover, treat, and how to avoid injury. Even with just working out besides playing I know to avoid bad posture or alignment. Playing sports to watch for landing when jumping in the air.

The knee joint is made up of bones, including the femur, tibia, and patella, which work together to allow leg movement. The ligaments, such as the ACL and PCL, stabilize the knee by connecting the bones and controlling motion. Tendons, like the quadriceps and patellar tendons, connect muscles to the bones and help with movement and support. Cartilage, including the menisci, cushions the joint, reducing friction and absorbing shock during movement.
