I am a volleyball enthusiast. The world of the mystery of the English Language is my favorite. I am currently taking up Bachelor of Arts in English Language Major in English Language Studies as Discipline. I used to work as a Technical Support and a Sales Associate. I love editing different kinds of posters in Canva--In fact I want to pursue Graphics Designing courses. A lot of interesting things will be uploaded here on my website. Last time I told you I like editing. Unlocking my open book means that I am allowing people to see me transparently--and that includes my skills and personality.

This photo is one of the logos I made for a local client. He runs a milktea station and he wanted me to create an inviting logo for his business.

Everytime I see my old crafts, I feel like looking at my younger self. Why? because it takes me back to a time when all i have was my confindence and dreams.

Today, I cannot say I am a master of my craft--but rather a student of my past and future self.

Volleyball is like a therapeutic habit for me. It relaxes me whenever I step inside the court, showing everyone what I can bring to the table.

I started playing the sport when I was in my 3rd grade in elementary. It was just more of a game I pay trying to let time pass by.

As the saying goes, "Love what you are doing and it will love you back" hits me hard everytime I play the sport.

As a result as my love for the sport, I got recruited to play for a prestigious university in Cebu City. I was part of the USPF Baby Panthers Boys Category Volleyball.

I played numerous leagues--so many I forgot to count. During my athlete days, bagged many medals to give name for my university.

As I grow up, I'm slowly believing that one day you won't be an athlete anymore. It's sad to see that your and your teammates are slowly drifting interest in playing the sport.

Drama? so much of it. What's important are the life-long lessons you can learn--the journey that you went through with your close friends in hitting the ball to earn a point with a smile on your faces.

October 23, 2021 is the date that I lost my mom. It's a tragic event time cannot even mend. I was slowly deconstructing my entire self trying to cope with what happened.

She means the world to me--as the song goes "If I had seven minutes in heaven, I would spend it with you".

As time passed by, I clung to the qoute that "Everything happens for a reason". I guess it does not sit immediately but as rivers flows--everything falls into places in time.

The hardest part about loosing a love one is the reality that it feels like they still exist but cannot see them again.

Who knows? Right? Something/someone could be waiting out there.

Well here's the tea.

I grew up in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Cebu City. That's right. I grew up far away from where I am right now (Tuburan).

A couple of things happened that's why due to those "couple of things" I decided to land in my father's hometown(Asturias) and found out that a University is located at a close by municipality.

To cut the long story short. Here I am.

A principle, by definition, is a fundamental truth or proposition that serves as the foundation for a system of belief or action, or a chain of reasoning.

Morality, truth, wisdom, and responsibility are the basic components of how principle is adhered into one’s life. A principle is the rudimentary basis of a person's treatment of another person in a personal concept.

Oftentimes, principle is also used as the fundamental reasoning basis that backs up a person’s attitude, behavior, and character. This may provide a more comprehensive understanding of how this philosophy shapes a person.

Sometimes, our principles are questioned because our actions do not correlate with the people’s expected and assumed actions of ours.

As a result, there were relentless disagreements owing to a mismatch of expectations and realities. What people want you to do but you don't tend to become a persistent basis for how you compromise your principles.

People should start to delineate values and principles. According to Stephen R. Covey, principles are norms or laws that are unchanging, enduring, and universal in nature. On the other hand, values are personal and subjective, and they might shift over time.

When confronted with contradictory situations or circumstances, principles can assist in establishing one's values and goals and allowing a person to choose between them. You can develop a personal value system based on principles to help you avoid falling victim to their inevitable consequences.

Never question a life principle if you lack basic understanding and analysis of the general intent of a certain action.

A principle is worth proving, but it shouldn’t be worth sidelining. A principle is worth challenging, but it shouldn’t be worth negatively provoking. We were given ample opportunity to solidify our principles in life, so strengthen it.

In the aforesaid was my piece for a Philosophy Writing back in my Senior HighSchool.

Primary Education: Lyceum of Cebu was my school from grades 1 to 6. It's a small school located at Capitol Hills, Cebu City.

Junior High School: Abellana National School was my school for JHS and I did not regret going there because Abellana will really hone you--to be prepared concurrently for your future academic endeavours.

Senior High School: University of Southern Philippines Foundation was my academic institution for my SHS journey. Located at Salinas, Drive, Cebu City.

And currently I am enrolled here in CTU Tuburan.

Alyssa Valdez, just like me--never dreamt of becoming an athlete super star. She started playing the sport just for fun until the magic happened.

She climbed up opportunities-by-opportunities. She played for UST in her highschool and ADMU for college.

She had many ups and downs but one thing I liked about her is that she is keeping her foot on the ground and looks up high.

I have been idolizing her since I was in grade school up until now that I am in college.

If only she can read this. I would be extremely amused.
