Well, good eating habits are not just about a healthy diet, you have to know where to buy foods making sure you choose the right ones to change to healthier habits, the right path has always been there, you just have to know where to look for it, there are many online stores that provide this information so that consumers have the tools to do it, it is always important to verify the quality of food, freshness and ideal consumption time, all this is easy to find but you have to know how to analyze and compare before making a purchase.</div><div><br></div><div>In conclusion, there is no single way to achieve a healthier food life, different people will always have different obstacles but with a lot of effort and accompanied by the right information anyone can achieve a healthier life, the way we buy food will always be one of the most important things and there is a lot of help to do it easily.</div><div><br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the common believes of the people, the healthy habits are some difficult to accept like part of our lives, but in the reality is that the good and healthy habits are an opportunity to get and develop your own power. &nbsp;<br><br></div><div>In the case of the shopping food habits, the most common habits are bought things that all the people know how to cock, or buy things that is easier to cock, but not always that things give you enough energy for the day, or worse, don’t apports anything for your healthy. And the question is How to get good shopping food habits? The first step to get those good habits is understand that all that you do or buy for eat can apport you different things that your body need for his good functions, and if you don’t get the necessary benefits of the food, your body could decrease healthy and become a person to depends on different type of medicine and supplements to correct that. But you can avoid all that sicks if you just adopt and change your habits.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>The main idea is that step by step, you check your habits of consumption of food and look for how many benefits give you the things that you eat. When you get that, change the things that not apport any benefits and replace with things that correct your before situation; and remember always is necessary to get help, to understand how you can change something that buy and think that is good for you, but in the reality makes you sick. For that you can looking for different apps that help you to make a different healthy menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and discover new different combinations of products that maybe never tasty, and the app can suggest how to buying, use this one so that you can slowly and with discipline change your bad habits.<br>By Cristian Zarate<br><br></div>]]></description>

But studies support that this fast food has been a big responsible of bad alimentary habits by the adults, for that this mini-eassay aims to expose a good shopping food habits for college students to have a high healthy life in their adulthood.<br><br>A 2015 study found that more than 70 percent of college students surveyed ate fast food at least once a day. Another survey found that 45 percent of adults ages 20 to 39 eat fast food or pizza on any given day. Another study shows that a number of socio-economic, physiological, and behavioral factors influence fast food consumption in college students. Commonly, male students and persons with higher body mass index consume fast food more often. Taste, price, and convenience, accessibility, availability, ambiance, and location also promote fast food consumption in college students.<br><br>For that reason, to improve this shopping food habits you have to be awereness that all that you eat affect your physical health but also for mental health. Homemade food have been the best option by college student, few condiments have been used by home kitchens.<br><br>In conclusion, It doesn't mean that you never can eat fast food, it's mean that you have to reduce the comsuption because is dangerous for your health.  If the college students are more ewerness about this habits, they will have a high healthy life.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In a country like Colombia it is cheaper to buy healthy food because in our country we can produce several kinds of vegetables and fruits but sometimes it's easier to buy junk food in addition the new generations prefer to buy throught on internet due to yours schedule and shift, they prefer use apps to buy and usually buy prepared food but in this case I think that it's complicated to know if the food is fresh or not<br><br>When is about to buy food I prefer to go to the grocery due to if I order through on internet maybe the food doesn't have the better delivery in addition you can more posibilities to choose the better option of quality , also your best option is buy the ingredients and prepare yourself your own food Although with the pandemic there was a shortage and to avoid contact with others, the growth of orders through applications grew<br><br>In conclusion, it can be cheaper to buy healthy ingredients and make your own food, however it is much faster and easier to order something online and according to your lifestyle, you will choose the best option if you prefer to eat healthy or have food fast.<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Some college have sponsorships, we must to avoid that those sponsorships affects the student health and their academic performances. For example if your sponsor is Coca-cola how good is the sugar and all the repercussions for the athletes it has, like heart problems, they can be more slow, more distracted or even can cause diabetes. How much its consumption is promoted? However not only college but also parents must show to the teenagers/students how good is to have a healthy style life and how get it.<br><br>Habits for college:<br><br>I think it's important buy or have frecuently a bottle of water, you can avoid dehydration, your skin will be more hydrated and clean, and also your body.&nbsp; It's important if it's very hot or if you have done exercise, water is better than soda (sugar or gas). You can also pack juice and take it to school. It's also important to balance your shopping choices. Don't buy only candies, don't eat only fast food; buy vegetables, fruits or empanadas if you want to have a snack.          <description><![CDATA[<div>In this pandemic era in which we have been living for almost three years now, things have changed in one way or another, one of those is the way we eat, especially in that eating out and eating in is different.<br>We all like to eat at home. But while it's true that food apps make it easier for us when we don't have time to cook, food that isn't homemade is often very pre-produced and not very healthy, the fact is that when we want something to eat we prefer a pizza or a hamburger instead of ordering a roast beef and a salad and this is not good for the body because if it is true that we are programmed to process this type of food but it is not to eat it every day and to tell the truth when they save us the laziness of doing something we get used to having it done all the time, so having the food made for us is not very good. for the second point not only protein and carbohydrates are necessary but also fruits. so as a final recommendation we could make our favourite meal but at home and add fruits are good for us.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It's normal that when we buy food, it will always be according to our tastes and desires of the moment. However, when you start college life and start living alone, this task becomes more complicated because we are not used to eating for ourselves, we tend to overspend, and sometimes we do not achieve a healthy balance in our way of eating.&nbsp; And finally, it can generate serious consequences for our health.<br><br>And how do you achieve that goal? Sounds easier said than done. And that is very true, wishing things are not going to change our habits. We must study our way of eating, compare with medical help or on the internet, which are bad habits in the way I eat and plan dishes that can replace that old pattern with new and delicious dishes that are more nutritious.&nbsp;<br><br>On the other hand, it is also important to reflect on how we buy food for our meals, and that these are not expensive. That is why you should check in several stores and compare prices, also observe the quality of each product (something rotten can make us sick), and get organized, having a list of what you need is useful to avoid wasting food.&nbsp;<br><br>And last but not least, don't think that cooking is a complicated task, it is good to go out to restaurants with friends. But that will not help our desired dietary changes. You can try new recipes that you may have seen on the internet or on TV, and when you succeed, you will get an incredible satisfaction.<br><br>So what can we determine from this? Well, it is true that it is a somewhat complicated task, however we should not give up with just imagining it, think that you are the only person who has control over this kind of situations, and if you do not want to have big consequences in the future, it is a great idea to control our way of feeding. It is also good to accompany it with sport activity, but that is another plus to have a healthy body.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

We could say that the alimentation is in the best moment of the history, but no… the restaurants, publicity, and other factors have influence in our lives. Cereal, Yogurt, almonds, fish, tuna etc. In fact, is important control regardless the food for all the ages. Them, is important to see the restaurants for its popularity.
