Conversation giudes to support questions that may come up in sessions.

Balance of offering something of value but not negating expertise in the room by telling schools how they have to do something. Ascertaining what the school's needs are ahead of the meeting will help with this as you can 'ask the experts' in the Strategy team before going in.

I feel very skilled in HSC Strategy stuff, a little bit skilled in eval, but very unskilled in school leadership - feeling it is very important to know and work closely with the NSBT we are working together with. the relationship between these two / knowing the skills experience set is likely important

I wonder if it would be helpful for the SI NSBTs to have a shared page so we can post the questions that we are receiving from schools and the answers we are giving. This might help us to share our experiences and help each other and our schools.

Rather than a pdf, could this be a page with interactive drop downs? Headings are a nice visual guide, and the detail could be within the drop down when they click on the headings. Most leaders will be generating agendas or developing structures on their laptops, so perhaps it could be a link that we point them towards within different resources.

The information on the QRG is excellent. Though possibly a little overwhelming in terms of just how many words there are. The animations in the deck are a great way to present the information, wondering if there is a way to do this in a document?

Will schools fill in a form to indicate when they are available as a team for the session?

A template for NSBTs - almost like a checklist - where there is a summary of relevant information to the school.

The onus could be on the NSBT to populate it.

An optional "pre-support session" handout for school leaders to guide the sessions - an artefact to provide purpose (how Timperley!) - so that we can meet their needs in the limited time available

A NSBT capability building session where PEOs role play how they'd like us to "support" schools in their support sessions (e.g. what questions to address and what questions to pass along)

A super short (minimal time impact!) Microsoft Form distributed one or two weeks prior to the support session for schools to identify what they'd like assistance with. It could comprise of one closed ended question with a checkbox list of options, and one open ended response for them to put in any questions or areas not included in the list.
