How to Start a Blog in 6 Steps
 

  1. Choose a topic. There are a few ways to find a good blog topic. You can choose to talk about your Hobbies & passions or your life experiences or just share your thought.
  2. Pick a blog name. Once you have a topic it’s time to choose your blog name. A good blog name should be descriptive so that potential readers can instantly tell what your blog is about just from the name.Once you have some blog name ideas you will need to choose a domain extension.
  3. Get your blog online. Register your blog and get hosting. To get your blog up and running you need two things: blog hosting and blogging software. A blog host is a company that stores all of the files for your blog and delivers them to the user when they type in your blog name. You also need to have the software to build your blog (WordPress blogging software)
  4. Customize your blog. Choose a free template and tweak it. You can change your blog design and  make it look like as you want
  5. Write & publish your first post. The fun part!
  6. Promote your blog. Get more people to read your blog. In order to get readers for your blog you will need spend some time promoting it, especially when you first start.  you cloud post links on my social media accounts like Facebook and Twitter.
  7. Make money blogging. Choose from several options to monetize your blog.Once you have put in the effort of creating great blog content and promoting your blog, making money from your blog is actually the easy part. if your blog is popular, advertisers will be hounding you for the opportunity to advertise.

-Personal blogs: These were people who wanted to take their daily journal online to share their experiences, feelings, and innermost thoughts with an audience. For the personal blogger, there were no rules to follow or themes to adhere.

-Business blogs:Business bloggers are those who blog for their business. A business blogger will write about the topics that will attract their ideal customers.

-Professional blogs: Professional bloggers are those who blog to make money online.Professional bloggers tend to use a variety of monetization strategies to achieve this goal.Professional bloggers tend to either focus on one blog or many niche blogs to generate revenue.

-Niche blogs: With niche blog, you can focus more on a particular topic thus making research rather easy. It’s important to pick the topic that appeals to you and the one you are passionate about.

-Reverse blogs: Reverse blogs are a unique but modern type of blog.Instead of the owner creating content, the content is supplied by the public.A reverse blog has a team who moderate posts, prevent unpleasant interactions and promote slow topics for greater interactivity.  Different types of bloggers share different ideas when it comes to blogging.

-Affiliate blog: Instead of creating their own products, they write blog posts that review products by others. The goal is to encourage visitors to purchase those products using the blogger’s affiliate link, allowing the blogger to earn a commission as specified by the product creator. An affiliate blogger typically writes review posts on affiliate products.

-Media blogs: Media blogs are defined by the content they produce. This type of blog is popular among people of different fields. One of the important factors here would be choosing the blogging platform that would suit your needs.

-Freelance blogs:Freelance bloggers are those who are paid for providing services, for example writing content for other businesses.Freelance bloggers cover topics provided by their clients. Success for a freelance blogger is to build a portfolio that makes them attractive to entrepreneurs and businesses who need quality content written for their company blog.

Blog stands for “weblog”, which refers to an online journal. The blogs are created and maintained by a single user, since the blog is a personal kind of website. On one hand  it is used by the owner to express their thoughts, ideas and opinions on certain topics and he basically shares his words with the internet. The users which are subscribed to a certain blog on the other hand read what the blogger posts because they like his way of thinking on determined topics and find his way of writing interesting. 
The most popular personal blogs are hosted by people which gained popularity after going live in a tv show, the most popular topic is usually marketing and how to manage your shares in the stock exchange.
Once they gain popularity they usually end up transforming their passion of managing a blog into a work, because emerging brands usually contact the bloggers to have their product/service sponsored in an article.

The corporate blog is a company’s blog used to share the informations about their activity and the market sector where they operate. 
Having a blog for a company is very important and it gives to the company a lot of advantages such as: 
  • Increase of views of the company’s website (if the blog is integrated in the WS); 
  • Develops trust in their customers because they can know the story of the company; 
  • Retain current customers and help find new ones
  • Improve the position in the search engine 
  • Involves the employees of the company (because in the blog is better communicate colloquially) 
The blog can help to create a connection between company and customers. It’s also utilized to gathering the opinions of the customers about the products that the company sell. The corporate blog can be external or internal. The External blog is fundamental to connect the company with the customers (or other company) and in general with the public. The internal blog is instead utilized to connect the various employees of the customers.

It includes different items like culture, shop, gossip, music but it is organize with standard features and structure.
For instance a typical blog includes:
  • Header with the menu or navigation bar
  • Main content area with highlighted and posts 
  • Sidebar with social profiles and favorite content
  • Footer with relevant links, privacy policy and contact page

There are also some speciality that are common to blogs: the archive and feedback.
The achieve facilities the research about some particular posts and feedback is made by visitors with comments which are critical for to any blogger who writes contents online
