It creates a url. And on your Mac, access the URL via Safari and you can access the iPad's Photo roll and download videos and photos.

A: I'm not sure of any at the moment, but I googled: "best Collaborative whiteboard app iPad" and there were some recommendations. Just keep in mind to use words like "real time" "collaborative" when you're searching
