- Analyzing and scoring a running record includes error rate (ratio), accuracy rate (percentage), and self-correction rate (ratio).
- Independent Level: 95-100% accuracy rate, Instructional Level: 90-94% accuracy rate, Frustration Level: 89% and below accuracy rate.
- Running Record errors include: substitutions, omissions, insertions, interventions/word told, attempt
