Improving care labels would help increase the longevity of clothing, if people knew how to look after them better they would last longer and change people’s perspective on what they buy.

Sustainability is too hard to understand and it is not fully understood or appreciated by consumers, brands and suppliers?
It’s very challenging to keep within guidelines (CMA) and tell customers about a very complex topic and get the message across to consumers. We are trying hard to come up with new ways to tell each and every customer about it in a way they understand.
