The scene where they were removing all of Montag’s wife’s blood out of her system and then replacing it with someone else’s blood is a weird scene. Since she’s had the operation and even before that, he has only referred to her as being ‘’some woman’’, or ‘’this woman’’ or just ‘’Mildred’’. He’s never described her as being his wife, but he speaks about her as if she were a stranger.

- Chaya :)

Sorry Im Just now getting to read the book because i’ve been busy reading other books. Page 1 really pulled my attention with all the descriptive words and phrases being used, I had to stop a few times to look up the words, but still very eye catching. I feel i'm going to like this book
-Jordyn

I find page 101 to be really descriptive and it nicely describes how Montag is uncomfortable and anxious when he goes back to the firehouse especially when Capt. Beatty is looking at him. It describes it feeling as if Montag's fingers were like ferrets that had done some evil and now never rested, always stirred and picked and hid in pockets, moving from under Beatty's alcohol-flame.
-Jabari

I found this part of the book very intresting. They knew that they lost Montag but they acted like they did not so they found an innocent man and killed him. They knew they could not let the people know he is still alive. This is very moving of the world that he lived in, and the postion that place was in, But as we. read we know he is alive with others like him. I love this point. - Cayden

I found out how the firemen burned the house while Mildred was inside of it. I just don’t understand why Montag seems like he doesn’t care about her as if he never met her, but I realized he only cares about the books he hid behind the pillow in the bedroom and then we’ll see how that selfishness affects him in the future.

-Trent

Montag has always believed that books had meaning. He hid some in his house for the longest. I feel like when Montag is sick and Beatty comes to visit him he has an idea the Montag has books. Also Beatty is very excited about the call that the fire station gets to go set Montag's house on fire.
