Finished class with most of the time line done for proof of how the business changed.

Thursday - Started working on what makes an effective team. Had class discussions on what the difference is between a group and a team. Later in in the day the class was introduced to unit 8. This further followed up with starting a booklet that describes and shows examples of effective teamwork. By the end of the class the design and layout was decided. 

Thursday 2 - Presentation design for the tourism task started. In the afternoon a guest speaker came in to talk about university. This lead to the afternoon research on possible universities that I want to apply for.

Thursday - In the morning we had a partner task. We had to go through a survival scenario task and rank a group of items that we deemed important. In the afternoon we were set a task that was based off the apprentice. We finished the lesson with a brand and a logo. The presentation and mood board have been started but need improving on.

Break between Thursday 1 and 2 - research for the tourism presentation started getting typed out and was typed up by time lesson started.

Thursday 2 - Photos and visuals were added to the presentation and statistics were researched and added during the first half of the lesson and the second half of the lesson was spent on presenting and watching other. Feed back on my teams presentation was positive.

Thursday - This morning we had a task where we had to create a structure out of marshmallows and uncooked spaghetti.

As an individual, I think out team lacked communication and instead of working as a team we performed like a group, meaning we worked as individuals with a common goal. 
The team leader took control like he is suppose to but failed at asking for others opinions, which is why I think I went wrong. The tutor also assigned us a leadership task about Churchill
