Action: Ask what they don’t like and offer to show other options that could better accommodate their needs that are not in-store but available to order.

One of the challenges I face is being reactive and resolving sudden issues that may arise within closing a sale. (Ex. Product availability, Suddenly having to leave the store in the middle of a great interaction)

A way that I can improve is to be sure to prepare things and ask certain questions from the beginning of the interaction/conversstjon that will create an opportunity to still make that sale in the event that things don’t go the way it initially seemed they would.
