The reason I think that the designer standard was my biggest strength is because I feel really confident in my lesson planning abilities and my knowledge of technology both inside and outside of the classroom. I think that I am pretty proficient with a lot of different types of education technology programs and also have learned a lot when it comes to lesson planning while I was at Gustavus. The combination of these two things make me feel pretty good about my ability to design learning opportunities for my students that will strengthen their learning and promote growth in the classroom.

The reason I think that the analyst standard is my biggest opportunity for growth is because when it comes to record keeping and results, I am better at keeping track of these things the old fashion way. For recording grades and progress I would rather have a written form of documentation and I am not as informed on the different methods I could use to update my students and their parents on the progress they are making. I hope to learn about different options regarding this standard and become more knowledgeable in the grading and progress part of online resources.
