My parents believe that gender equality is very important in our society today, since women and men have the ability to perform jobs equitably, they say that over the years this has been an extremely important issue, since In previous years my grandparents and great-grandparents made an effort to highlight the tasks that women should do only because of their gender and vice versa with men. They believe that gender equality is something that comes directly from the culture that today's societies have been adopting, also, they think it is very important to establish the tasks at home or at work in an equal and fair manner, because if we don't try to change inequality, nobody will. My parents think that gender equality is something that needs to be listen and practice by the society as soon as possible because many people including mens, but more for the womens are treated as less or less important than the other gender in many things, by many ways like getting less money than mans for the same work, or simply not getting jobs or good jobs positions only for being woman.   • The education comes from the house, that's why families need to divide the work of the house by family members and not only for the mom or the womens in the house.
  • Many of the bosses only give work to sexy womens or to their friends, this is real, sad and needs to change. People must be hired by their capacities, not for their physical. 
  • School needs to talk more about gender equality.
  • Society must let girls study every type of work, work for “only mens” does not exist.
