         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Ingredients: (suitable for 4-5pax)</strong></p><ul><li><p>Dr. Azman Beras Wangi rice: 2 cups</p></li><li><p>Terra Farm Red Palm Oil: 2 tbsp</p></li><li><p>Pandan leaves: 2–3 leaves</p></li><li><p>Sea salt: a pinch</p></li></ul><p><strong>Method:</strong></p><ol><li><p>Soak the rice in water for 2–4 hours. Rinse and discard the soaking water.</p></li><li><p>Add enough water to cover the rice, or until it reaches the back of your hand when submerged.</p></li><li><p>Stir in the red palm oil and sea salt until well mixed. Add the pandan leaves.</p></li><li><p>Cook the rice until fully done.</p></li><li><p>Let the rice rest for 20 minutes before serving.</p></li></ol><p>Enjoy! 😊</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Here’s a simple, flavorful vegetarian soup idea:</p><p>* Ingredients:</p><p>- 1 old cucumber (Centennial)</p><p>- 1 lotus root (Roots Plus)</p><p>- 1 sweet corn ear (Centennial)</p><p>- 3-5 red dates</p><p>- A few goji berries (optional)</p><p><br/></p><p>** Instructions:</p><p>1. To prepare the clear soup stock, start by boiling the husks and silk from the sweet corn.</p><p>2. After about 15 minutes of boiling, you’ll have a fragrant, clear broth.</p><p>3. ⁠Cut old cucumber, lotus roots, sweet corn into smaller pcs. </p><p>3. Add the sweet corn, lotus root, old cucumber, and red dates to the pot with soup stock (soup stock should cover all ingredients) . Bring it to a boil on high heat.</p><p>4. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and simmer for 60 minutes. </p><p>5. Season with shiokoji or sea salt to taste.</p><p><br/></p><p>Happy&nbsp;cooking!</p>]]></description>
