They also needed to have leadership, cooperation, reasonable. I think they need to be all these things because if they aren't, we could have some rude, lazy, untrustworthy people. There would need to be someone that was strong to help build a new life on another planet. We also need someone who is friendly because if we had no one that was friendly everyone would fight (thats not good). Someone would have to be determined or else everyone would quit working. Leaders are needed because if we had no leaders, we have no instructions. Cooperators are needed also because if no one would cooperate, again , everyone would fight......(thats not good. the team would also need someone who is trustful so we can have someone who we can count on. Last but not least resourceful to make sure they can work with the things we brought. I think taht coming up with these traits show that i am looking for the best of the best to bring to a different planet.One thing I learned about myself is that I need to be more resourceful with the things I do. When I think about what I've done I think that I could have let someone else took over the group. Someone who emerged as a leader in our group was Ruby because she was acting more confident to do work. When I compare myself to Kelsey C. I notice that she would choose someone with a brave heart and I do think that that is a great idea. I think the traits I used influinced me to know that if this problem actualy happened to us that I would be ready. Our ideas and traits were not very different. I learned that if this happened that I know what kinds of traits I would like in a person. If I did this alone then I would not have some of the traits that our group compramised about. None of us realy was the leader because if one of us disagrees with the leader things will end up bad. I learned that I would look for someone who people like if I was going to choose someone to save all mankind.
