The students are then tasked with choosing another Disney movie (each kid has to choose a different movie) and they record themselves detailing the events of the movie in an extremely expressive manner in 2 minutes or less. 

This lesson was successful because engagement was so high. Also, the quality of product turnout showed the kids true talent. Best lesson we did was the Reality Check. I gave each student a personalized real world scenario, i.e. you are single and have 1 kid. You live inba 2 bedroom apartment and have a new car. The student then went to a website to discover the cost of of living for someone in that situation and compared that with their chosen career field. Everyone came on-time and prepared with a great attitude. I explained the goals of the rehearsal clearly when we began, I thought my pacing held the group on task and interested in what we were doing in the moment. I think it was successful because the goals and steps along the way were challenging, yet achievable for the students, and I delivered instructions in a manner that they could latch on to and work with. I kept my attitude positive, and the students reciprocated. While there were some moments where focus started to wane, I was quick to redirect the students and they responded appropriately.
