question 1- explain the activity
I created a TikTok video about me and then i presented it to my class and answered any questions they had.
question 2- what went well?
what went well is I was nervous, but I did it, and I answered the questions my classmates asked me.
question 3- what would you improve on if you could?
I would add more things to make it more interesting, I would also not worry as much.

I applied for a place in public services, i then came in and had an enrolment interview with someone called steven and he looked through my gcse results and gave me a slip of paper and told me to come in on that day to start.
question2- what went well?
I got onto the level I wanted to, and I achieved the right GCSEs to get onto the course.
question3- what would you improve?
try and communicate more.

evidence 3- communication
question 1- I have a part time job at the pudding.co in town, I applied for the job and had to go in for an interview. I also speak to customers and staff members.
question 2 - what went well? 
I got the job, and I am still at the same place 5 months later.
question3- what would you change?
i would apply somewhere else with better pay and more staff members so all the pressure isn't on me.

In Leadership we made a parachute that has to protect an egg.  We had to make a design including all the equipment we was given.
question 2 - what went well
We all worked collaboratively together and all  put our own ideas into the original idea to make it work better. We then threw it off a balcony and the egg was still intact.
question 3 - what would you do different next time?
I wouldn't do anything different.
