With the additional numbers of students on our campuses and the increased demands associated with mental health needs and requests for 504's, in lieu of hiring additional counselors, a stipend for the additional numbers over 250 would make a big difference. It is impossible to stay on top of our work requirements within contract hours.

Agreed - more school psychologists to try and approach the recommended ratio - this would allow for more support with 504, TMT, any intervention, etc. Right now, we are simply evaluating and truly not able to give a lot of other assistance. We could make gains if staffed.....
