         <description><![CDATA[<p>One fee I didnt know banks charged is an insufficent funds fee when you dont have enough money to purchase something, you can get balance alerts for when your balance is low to avoid paying this fee.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>A fee that I didn't know that as customer of a bank could excessively withdraw money when you don't have the money to withdraw from your account. Something to prevent this fee, is to check your bank account balance before withdrawing any money.</p>]]></description>
