In this area, most of the peaks exceed 2600 m of altitude.
In its forests there are oaks, beeches, ash trees, chestnut trees, holm oaks, holly trees, as well as a very interesting collection of orchids.
The most visited places are the spectacular Fuente Dé cable car, the Covadonga lakes, the "Naranjo de Bulnes" peak, the Cares route, and others. .
It is possible to visit beautiful towns such as Potes, practice canyoning, horseback riding, hiking, 4x4 tours, canoeing down the Sella river...
The Picos de Europa is a good destination for the next vacation.
