         <description><![CDATA[<div><em>why do you want to be a nurse? When did you decide you wanted to be a nurse?<br>Did anyone or anyting influence your decision?<br></em>I chose to take this course of laura because the world of medicine has always been a great passion of mine.<br>I remember when I was a little girl I used to dress up as a nurse and I tried to take care of all my dolls.<br>The thing that further convinced me was to find myself for more than once in unpleasant situations, in which unfortunately people to whom I was affectively attached and did not feel bad..the feeling of helplessness that I felt at that moment was indescribable and I promised myself that if I’m going to be faced with a situation like these, I want to be able to intervene.<em><br></em><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><br>I think the things that make a nurse a good professional are the theoretical and practical skills, the professionalism and all the humanities skills.<br>A nurse is required not only to take care of the physical but also psychological medical aspect.&nbsp;<br>It is necessary, for example, to listen to the patient and their relatives with empathy, to fully understand their situation, to integrate it with nursing skills for the success of the treatment plan.<br>I believe and hope that I will become a good nurse because I am a person with a lot of empathy, I like to listen to others and be able to help them.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Our university course is half composed of a theoretical and a practical part.<br>Both are important, but only clinical tutors can really convince you even more than this profession is beautiful, because they are physically in the field.<br>I would like to be a tutor in the future to convey all the love I have for this job, to better teach all the procedures for the total well-being of the patient.&nbsp;<br>I would like to teach all those little things that in the hospital I can make a difference in the patient and the types of approach that we can use.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>in this last internship carried out in trovergata in traumatology I was accompanied by a tutor called Francesca, a young nurse from Naples. although she had graduated less than a year ago, she helped me a lot.<br>she taught me she has time management during the shift. with Francesca I learned new techniques to facilitate the work.<br>I liked the fact that she explained to me every single thing we had to do and she let me practice what I already know<br>she was temperamentally very nice and sweet. I liked the fact that she was very attentive to the patient and their family<br>she was always available and very good at her job, she always showed affection and physical support to the patients.<br>despite the end of the internship we still talk, she updates me on some patients I've met, while I tell her about my progress with studies and lessons</div>]]></description>
