I took a photo with my model holding a frame to their face. Then I took a photo of them holding their leg with their head down. Then I went into photoshop and used the rectangle selection tool and made a layer mask. Then I edited the mask using the brush and easer tool to edit the hands back into the frame. Then I dragged and dropped the picture in the frame.
