Once we begin the Padlet, your group will need to comment on each image/video. Your group should specifically look at your assigned device in each image and video and your comments should reflect an understanding of your group’s assigned cinematic device. 

Group 1: Camera Angles and Camera Distance

Group 2: Lighting

Group 3: Composition Focus on the rule of thirds/ placement/ quadrants

Group 4: Composition Focus on placement/blocking/ and binary and triadic composition.  

Group 5: Sounds, Foley, Sounds FX

Group 6: Music 

Round 1: Comment (with your group) on each photo. In this round, you should review your FOA's and comment on what you notice on each still shot or film clip. Your comments should focus on your group’s assigned device. 

Round 2: Comment on each photo again. This time, you will review the comments from the first round and comment with an analysis that directly ties to what was noticed in round one.  Again, your comments and replies should focus on your group’s assigned device. 

Round 3:  Comment on each photo again. This time, you will review the comments from the second round (the analysis) and comment with more analysis or deeper analysis that directly ties to what was stated in round one or two. Your replies and comments do not need to connect to your assigned device in this round but they can.
