Have a work environment where we have the space and time to engage with the student and have intentional conversations. Build a human connection with empathy and support.
- Physically redefine what student services look like. Make it less intimidating and 'bank like'. Open spaces to make students feel welcome. Remove desks and barriers. Make it a safe space.
- Make it a safe space where individual student groups are serviced according to their needs in a holistic manner.
- See every student graduate. Redefining what success looks like. 
- The nature of the current environment makes it difficult. Addressing individual departmental needs and having a different definition of success for each student.
- Engaging more deeply in culture of care and makin safer spaces. Indigenization and work on Truth and Reconciliation.
