Some ethical implications this kind of marketing can cause can really harm people, as a gambling business taking a non-serious approach to a more susceptible target market, they can really lure in the wrong crowd and cause immense damage to these users. How I feel about this is that it's dangerous and makes a company look bad in general, instead of being honest about their company integrity they decide to exploit it. I would never use this tactic for my business, ever.

This is for sure unethical considering underage gambling is a crime, and they're promoting it. For example, if they were a bar, would they promote to teenagers on snapchat? No. This is most definitely unethical.
