GLOBAL PROBLEM : The process of urbanization produces an inversion of landscape patterns which become dominated by anthropic habitats.  This entails a reduction and fragmentation of natural habitats, and the emergence of strong barrier effects that hinder or even prevent the movement of organisms and ecological connectivity

LOCAL PROBLEM : Because of the urbanization many land that could be used to agriculture is used to make city’s instead of agriculture , this make that the city lost the posible agriculure that could have.

Global Issue: Urban shrinkage has become a global phenomenon, occurring all over the world. Faced with the reduction of population, shrinking cities will continue to lose the vitality of development, and it is difficult to achieve the past glory.

Local Issue: Italy might experience a 20% decline in its population by 2070 as a result of its natural decrease.
