I really understood Auggie's thoughts in the chapter "First Day Jitters." Everyone gets nervous on the first day of school. I think it really relates to readers our age and it makes sense that Auggie was nervous. He is going to a new school and is nervous for being different, just like most kids. This chapter gave me a deeper understanding of a lot of characters, including Via. I liked the advice she gave her brother. This gave me a better picture of Auggie's family life.
Page Number- 35 & 36
