I'm going to schedule another staff meeting. We have been audited and have some things to go over. I'll give you at least 2 weeks notice. You can vote for either Thursday at 9 (until we're done), or a Sat or Sunday before the center opens in the morning. Please comment as to which you'd prefer.

Also, to review, the patrons MUST do the paperwork EVERY TIME they renew a membership. If it's monthly, they do the paperwork monthly. If it's quarterly, they do the paperwork quarterly. If it is a youth membership of any sort (activity, boxing, center pass, etc.) the parents MUST do the paperwork each time they sign up/renew. Please make sure you are collecting the paperwork for every membership or activity sign up. Continue to verify that we have head waivers on file for the youth as well.
